Originally Everything is Permissible (mubah)

The first basic set Islam is that God created the origin is lawful (halal) and permissible (mubah). None of that is unlawful (haram) except as there are legitimate and decisive passage of syar'i, ie from Allah and the Messenger that mengharamkannya. If there is no legitimate or nas nas firm that indicates something is haram, then it remains as origin is permissible (mubah). The scholars basing their home writ that everything is permissible with the following proposition:
"He is Allah, who made everything on earth for you and He wills (creating) the heavens, and made them into seven heavens. and He is aware of everything. "(Al-Baqarah (2): 29)
"Do you not see Allah has subjected to (interest) you everything in the heavens and on earth, and you His favors outwardly and inwardly. and in between there is a dispute about the man (oneness) of Allah without knowledge or guidance, and without a book that gives light. "(Luqman (31): 20)
"And He has subjected to you what is in the heavens and in the earth are all, (as grace) than his. Verily in this is truly there are signs (power of God) for people who think. "(Al Jatsiyah (45): 13)
God is not going to make everything handed to humans and given then he himself unlawful. If not so, for what He created and then he handed over to humans? While some of his things forbidden it is for no reason and wisdom for humans.Coverage haram in Islam is actually very narrow, while the area is very spacious kosher. Postulates that states something is haram very little, compared to something no information about lawful or illegitimate something, and then returned to the legal origin of something that is permissible and including category forgiven God.
".... Yet Allah has explained to you what is forbidden him upon you ... "(Al-An'am (6): 119)
"Prophet Muhammad was asked about his legal samin, cheese, and donkey forest, then he answered: What is called halal is something that God made lawful in His Book, and called haram is something that God forbade in His book, whereas what He let stand , then it is the one that God forgive for you "(HR. Turmudzi and Ibn Majah)
"Allah has determined some obligations, then do not you waste him, and God has given some limit, then do not you break him, and Allah has some forbidden, so do not fight about him, and God has quieted some things as a sign of love His unto you, He did not forget, then do not you talk him. "(HR. Daruqutni)
Based on the foregoing, the legal origin of everything is kosher and permissible until there is a legitimate basis or proposition stating something that is forbidden. And be thankful for is the area that is forbidden by Allah very little compared with the lawful thing by him.
